Named after a charming village in the Chiltern Hills, close to our Princes Risborough factory, the Ibstone cabinet is our take on the design trend of statement furniture currently influencing so much in contemporary furniture design. Created to be a statement piece, it’s striking and perfectly proportioned, while retaining the characteristic ercol softness and restraint.
The cabinet is deliberately understated, to draw maximum attention to the magnificent ‘sunburst’ pattern on the doors. The design radiating from the dished handle, is machined into the solid ash to create depth and texture; each cabinet is truly unique thanks to the natural variety in the wood grain.
